Our CNC fabrication process is performed inside our West Nyack commercial facility, where
industrial routers, CAD‑driven machining, and architectural tooling produce exact, repeatable components for
custom wall panel systems. Every substrate and pattern is engineered for alignment, acoustic performance, and
integration with millwork and lighting.
Every wall panel system is built to order in our workshop — nothing pre‑made, nothing imported. Each panel is
handcrafted, artisan‑built, and hand‑built across our Fort Lee upholstery shop and West Nyack CNC facility.

Through our partnership with Yossi’s Woodworx, our West Nyack facility (200 N Rte 303)
provides industrial‑grade CNC routers, precision table saws, routed backers, and a team of over 60 craftsmen.

CNC‑cut substrates are staged in West Nyack, then transferred to our Fort Lee upholstery workshop
for foam assemblies, fabric wrapping, leather upholstery, and finishing. This dual‑facility workflow blends
industrial precision with artisan‑level detailing.
