Headboard frames are manufactured in our West Nyack fabrication facility using solid hardwood
frames with appropriate plywood substrates, reinforced joinery, and commercial‑grade engineering.

CNC‑Cut Headboard Components

Architectural Headboard Installation
After fabrication and upholstery, our installation team performs on‑site assembly for wall‑mounted,

millwork, outlets, and lighting.
